Estudiando cuarto de Derecho y con tu trabajo en el Catal Café, comienzas a pensar que tal vez acabes quedándote calva del estrés. Por suerte, mantienes el contacto a través de tu app de mensajería favorita (😉) con tu grupo de amigos de lo más "especial" y con Daniel, tu relación a distancia. Eso te ayuda a ver el lado divertido de tu ajetreada vida y a mantener tu salud capilar (o no).
Ahora acabas de independizarte, y todo el mundo sabe que eso significa... ¡Fiesta! Tus mejores amigos, música, alcohol, y besos... Espera. ¿¡Besos!? Tu memoria está borrosa, pero recuerdas claramente unos labios... conocidos. Y agradables. Espera, ¿¡agradables!? 😳
¿Con quién te besaste esa noche? ¿Conseguirás averiguar su identidad gracias a la investigación de dudosa moralidad de tus amigas? ¿Qué significa ese beso para tu relación con Daniel? Y lo más importante de todo, ¿cuánto vale una peluca buena 😱?
Trigger Warnings: toma de alcohol, tabaco, infidelidad, lenguaje vulgar, mención a actos violentos (tan sólo en un contexto de humor), historias de fantasmas e insinuaciones/bromas sexuales.
Text Your Life es un simulador de chat para móvil y PC en el que podrás ponerte en la piel de nuestra protagonista, una universitaria con un grupo de amigos de lo más catastróficos y una vida amorosa que se ha... complicado de forma repentina.
- Juega cómodamente en tu móvil, o en tu PC, como si se tratara de una app de mensajería real. Chatea, recibe y haz llamadas, curiosea los perfiles de los demás contactos…
- Moldea la personalidad de tu protagonista y sus niveles de afinidad con el resto de personajes con cada respuesta. Tu personalidad y tus elecciones influirán en la historia.
- 10 capítulos de historia (4 de la ruta común, y seis capítulos específicos para cada una de las 7 posibles rutas amorosas).
- 7 rutas distintas, con 6 intereses amorosos diferentes. ¿Continuarás tu relación con Daniel, o comenzarás un nuevo amor? ¿O tal vez acabes en un triángulo amoroso entre dos mejores amigos?
- De momento, tan sólo se encuentra disponible el Capítulo 1 + Día 1 y 2 del Capítulo 2, con un total de más de 65.500 palabras de contenido y más de 547 opciones (un poco más de 6 horas por playthrough). ¡Toma decisiones cada 20 mensajes o menos! ¿Ya has terminado el contenido disponible? ¡Juega de nuevo con distintas respuestas que aún no has leído!
- Escrito originalmente en Español (castellano peninsular), y completamente traducido al inglés.

⏳¿Por qué el juego me carga tan lento, sobre todo tras la selección del idioma?
👉 En algunos dispositivos, la versión Android de TYL puede tardar unos cuantos minutos en iniciarse. Esto sucede porque el juego necesita reiniciarse, a la vez que borra cualquier partida guardada existente para evitar bugs con el cambio.
Nos gustaría poder daros una solución a este problema, pero de momento no la hemos encontrado 😞 Os recomendamos darle un poco más de margen y esperar unos cuantos minutos, y si el problema persiste, que salgáis de la aplicación dejándola en segundo plano para después volver a ella, ya que esto a algunas personas les ha funcionado.
🤔 ¿Puedo escoger el género/pronombres del personaje principal de TYL?
👉 Lo sentimos, pero no es posible. La historia de TYL gira alrededor de una protagonista de género femenino, al igual que algunos otros datos sobre ella (como, por ejemplo, sus estudios o tipo de familia) están establecidos desde el principio. Aun así, esperamos que esto no suponga una barrera para que podáis disfrutar de las locuras del Supergrupo 😊 Gracias por vuestra comprensión.
⏩ ¿Puedo acelerar la velocidad a la que salen los mensajes?
👉 ¡Sí! 🥳 Puedes hacerlo con la función “Saltar”. Para ello, tan sólo sigue los siguientes pasos:
✔️ En la pantalla de “Ajustes”, activa “Saltar texto no visto”.
✔️ Ajusta la velocidad de la barra “Velocidad de ‘Saltar’” al mínimo (o a la velocidad que prefieras).
✔️ Una vez hecho esto, podrás usar el botón “Saltar” de la parte inferior derecha de la pantalla mientras juegas para que los mensajes salgan a la velocidad que has escogido.
Si utilizas esta función, ¡ten cuidado! Pues el texto que todavía no hayas leído saldrá también a la velocidad escogida.
📝 ¿TYL tiene función de autoguardado?
👉 No, las partidas en TYL tan sólo es posible guardarlas de forma manual. Puedes hacerlo desde el menú del juego (parte inferior izquierda de la pantalla). ¡Tenlo en cuenta para no perder tu progreso! 😨
Recuerda también que cambiar el idioma hará que todas tus partidas guardadas sean borradas.
📊 ¿Puedo ver cómo progresa la amistad/romance/personalidad en algún lugar?
👉 Sí, accediendo a la pantalla “Info” desde el menú del juego. Ahí podrás:
✔️ Ver los cambios en tus niveles de amistad/romance con otros personajes ❤️
✔️ Hacer un seguimiento de los cambios de tu personalidad según las opciones escogidas 😎

As a fourth-year Law student with a part-time job at the Catal Café, you might as well end up going bald from stress. They help you see the fun side of your busy life, as well as keep every hair in its place (or not).
Now you've just moved out of home and into your new apartment, and everyone knows that means... party time! Music, alcohol, laughter, kisses... Wait, what?! Kisses?! Your memories are blurry, but somehow you clearly recall the feeling of someone's lips on yours. A warm and pleasant feeling. Hold on!! Pleasant!? 😳
Who did you kiss that night? Will you be able to find out with the help of your girlfriends-turned-detective? How will that kiss affect your relationship with Daniel? And most importantly - how much does a good wig cost 😱?

Text Your Life is a mobile phone chat simulator for Android and PC that lets you put yourself in the shoes of our protagonist, a female university student with a group of eccentric friends and a love life that has suddenly turned somewhat... complicated.
- Play comfortably on your mobile phone, or on your PC if you prefer, as if it were a real messaging app. Chat, receive and make calls, browse the profiles of your contacts...
- Shape the protagonist's personality with every choice you make, as well as her level of affinity with every character. Your personality and your choices will affect the course of the story.
- The complete game will have a total of 10 chapters (Common route: chapters 1-4. Specific love interest’s route: chapters 5-10).
- 7 different routes, and 6 unique love interests. Will you continue your relationship with Daniel, or will you catch feelings for someone else? Surely you won't end up in a love triangle with two best friends, right...?
- Only Chapter 1 + Days 1 and 2 of Chapter 2 is available for now, with more than 65,500 words of content and roughly 547 choices (about 6 hours for playthrough). Make a choice every 20 messages at most! Already finished the available content? Play again and change your choices to experience completely different playthroughs!
- This game was originally written in Spanish, and it's been completely translated into English.

⏳Why does the game take so much time to load, especially after choosing/changing the language?
👉 On some devices, the Android version of TYL may take a few minutes to load. This happens because the game needs to restart, while also deleting any existing save games in order to prevent it from getting buggy after the language change.
We would love to give you a solution to this problem, but we have yet to find one 😞 We recommend giving the game a bit more time and wait a few more minutes, and in case the problem persists, exit the game and leave it running in the background, then return to it, since doing this has worked for some players.
🤔 Can I choose the main character’s gender/pronouns?
👉 We are sorry, but that’s not possible. TYL’s story revolves around a female protagonist, and her gender/pronouns along with some other information about her (such as, for example, her degree or the members of her family) are set from the beginning. Even so, we hope that this does not keep you from enjoying the game and having a fun time with the Supergroup 😊 Thank you for your understanding.
⏩ I’m a fast reader. Can I increase the speed of the messages?
👉 Yes! 🥳 You can do so by using the “Skip” function. Just make sure to follow these steps:
✔️ In the “Settings” screen, activate “Skip unseen text”.
✔️ Move the “Skipping speed” slider to minimum speed (or the speed you prefer).
✔️ Now you can press Skip for the messages to appear faster (bottom right corner of the screen).
If you use this feature, be careful! The text that you have not yet read will also appear at the chosen speed.
📝 Does my progress automatically save (autosave)?
👉 No, you must save your game manually. You can do this from the game menu (bottom left corner of the screen). Keep this in mind so you don't lose your progress! 😨
Also remember that changing the language will cause all your saved games to be deleted.
📊 Where can I keep track of my personality stats, and my friendship/romance progress with the characters?
👉 You can do so by accessing the “Stats” screen from the game menu. There, you can:
✔️ Keep track of the changes in your friendship/romance levels with every character ❤️
✔️ See how the choices you’ve made are affecting your personality stats 😎

The tags literally say 'female protagonist' and 'josei'. You knew what you were getting into. Absolutely unnecessary comment.
Too bad I can't see all the tags before clicking on a game and get excited for nothing. No, I DIDNT know what I was getting myself into, genius. Do you know how hard it is to find romance games where you can play as a guy with male characters? But you wouldn't, since you're not a guy, and a bunch of guys don't like playing as girls in romance games because of personal reasons.
Whether you saw the tags or not, that’s on you. If I come across a game with a set protagonist I’m not interested in, I just move on. I don’t leave a pointless comment complaining that it doesn’t cater to me personally. You not vibing with MC's gender doesn’t mean your disappointment needs to be aired here and it definitely doesn’t make your comment valid. No one owes you a romance game with a male MC. Don’t take it out on a game that never claimed to be anything else. Just move on quietly like non-entitled people do. Your comment was unnecessary, and your response just proves it.
What made me upset, was them saying that 'we hope the gender doesn't ruin the game for you!' And I just replied to that. Again, you wouldn't understand, as you're not the same gender and have a lack of any romance games that you can play. they should've just said 'this game only has a female protagonist' instead of the rest. I was just replying to the creator, in a way. Complaining should be included in a game review, no? I guess I'm just being petty, I realize that.

Not the same words, and obviously not the intention you are making it seem by quoting it in that strange way.
We will, though, apologize if that's how you understood our explanation. As we explained a few comments below to another player (who voiced your same concern about the gender selection, but in a very much polite way, if we are being honest): "we understand, we also relate more with females for the same reason! We would love to create another game with a male character, but we would probably find it difficult to write a story from a male point of view because we are both women 😣 But who knows! We will consider all this when Text Your Life is finished! 😊".

the authors spent months working on this update, and it’s honestly inconsiderate to brush all that effort aside just because mc isn’t your preferred gender. this isn’t a self-insert or character creator kind of game. it’s a story with a set protagonist. that’s not your thing? that’s fine. move on and find something that suits you better. leaving a comment like this doesn’t add anything useful. it’s just discouraging to the authors who actually poured their heart into creating something great
I already moved on a while ago bud, and gave an apology. Yeah, i was in the wrong, and i apologize. What more should i do? i was having a bad day, looked for a game, and searched for 10 minutes for the gender role. But then again, you wouldn't understand how i feel, no?

i think don’t flirt with others! i did the slightly romantic but also the friendly options with lucas, then the romantic options with marc!!! the love triangle with them was the first i’ve ever gotten lolll then i was surprised when i played for the second time it was samuel and suho who offered to join mc and rebecca
when rebecca sends the photo of the acting class choose im gonna go with you. i think marc and lucas will immediately offer to go with u guys but im not sure if theres other characters who will respond in that option (english isnt my first language sorryu :< )

对话读起来都很有意思，我觉得和现实生活的聊天风格还是挺接近的。主角很幸福，有理想的家庭和有趣的朋友们。很喜欢对母女情、姐妹情以及女孩们之间的友谊的描写（很多情节是在主角是女性的情况下才成立的，所以我觉得它不适合也不需要添加代词，以及这一点作者不是已经在简介里解释过了吗？）
